WSS resealed and repainted the Tri-Power 389 and had the 4-speed transmission rebuilt. The Tri-Power was then replaced at the shop with an Edelbrock 4-barrel carburetor and a Tremec TKO 5-speed conversion was completed. Hotchkis shocks and sway bars were also installed making this a very smooth-driving GTO.
